OUR FACILITY
Our beautiful facility is currently being built in the heart of Sugarland, Fort Bend County. The center will be open Monday through Saturday. The clinic is designed as a classroom setting to prepare our children for the transition to a real school environment. RSA Learning Centers resemble typical school environments with areas designated for group activities, play centers, and table based instruction.
Client safety is our number 1 priority. Our center has restricted access and is equipped with security cameras throughout the building. Only parents and clinicians will have access to view their child’s session.
Our center will be constantly disinfected and clients’ work area will be equipped with products that are readily available to ensure viruses do not spread. This will be a safe space that has restricted access inside and outside the building to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for staff and clients.
OUR CLINICIANS AND TECHNICIANS
Our clinicians and technicians believe in our core values: Passion, Compassion, Quality and Consistency. Our clinicians serve as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
BCBAs are Master’s or Doctoral-level clinicians with vast experience and years of expert training in ABA. Their role is to identify the most important skill areas that a client needs to improve. After an initial assessment, BCBAs create an individualized program using the latest evidence-based science to modify behavior; and provide training to all technicians and continuously monitor progress.
All staff members at Rising Stars ABA must pass all background checks upon employment and have current CPR certificates.
RBTs are typically graduates with extensive training and BACB certifications in ABA. Our technicians must have experience in child development and will receive continuous training weekly to ensure they are providing high-quality ABA therapy to clients.

OUR CLINICIANS AND TECHNICIANS
Our behavior treatment plans are designed to enable appropriate communication and optimize brain development. Each plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts help children with autism reduce undesirable behavioral and communication patterns, thereby giving them the freedom to express themselves functionally and appreciate the world around them. The goal is to make each child more independent and attain their own level of success both in the short and long term.
Our organization has a client-focused program that always acts in the best interest of the client. We utilize the principles of ABA as a flexible treatment that can be adapted to meet the child’s needs utilizing the principles of positive reinforcement.
